It occupies a 170-year-old Victorian homestead with orchards, coastal forests, and the Albion River. Co-founded by Jess Thompson and Nick Schwartz, it hosts 5-6 long-term resident artists and short-term guests, emphasizing wood-fired ceramics, native clay, and food cultivation.
