Jaxon Keys Winery & Distillery, founded in 2009 by Ken and Diane Wilson, is in Hopland, Mendocino County. It has an 1880s farmhouse tasting room, vineyards from 1960, one of the county's oldest bonded wineries from 1984, and makes Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and brandy from a 19th-century French Alambic still.
