McFadden Farm is a family-run organic farm in Potter Valley, started in 1970 by Guinness McFadden to grow grapes in a region once thought too cold. It now spans 500 acres with 200 acres of vineyards, plus organic beef, herbs, beans, and award-winning wines. Solar and hydroelectric power support the operation.
