Scharffenberger Cellars is a Mendocino winery making traditional-method sparkling wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with extended aging on lees, riddling, and disgorging. Founded in 1981 by John Scharffenberger, it joined the Roederer Collection in 2004. The estate has rolling vineyards, an English-style garden, and over 60 acres for conservation, practicing Fish Friendly Farming.
