Big River Trail Parking is a dirt lot at the end of Big River Road, east of Highway 1, where the Big River meets the Pacific. It is the trailhead for the 10-mile former haul road under redwoods and Douglas firs, with beach access, seals, otters, birds, benches, and sea caves at low tide.
