A directory can tell you a gallery is open until six. It cannot tell you that the woman who runs it has been framing other people's work on this coast for thirty years, or which bakery she walks to on the one morning a week she opens late.

That part only exists if someone says it out loud, so we are going to ask. This page is where the answers will live.

How it goes

    You claim your listing

    Confirm you are who you say you are, and correct anything the directory got wrong about your hours, your address, or your name.

    We record a short conversation

    Fifteen minutes, in person or over the phone. How you got here, what you would send a visitor to do, where you eat on the day you close.

  3. 3

    Your words go up as you said them

    Verbatim, with your photograph and your recording. Nothing is rewritten into house voice, because the way you said it is the whole point.

What we will not do

These are enforced in the software, not promised in a policy page. A record that breaks one of them cannot be published.

  • No stock photographs and no generated faces. If we do not have a real portrait of you, your page shows your initials and says so.
  • Your words are published exactly as you said them, or not at all.
  • You say separately whether we may put you on the website, quote you to the AI guide, or post you on social.
  • You can withdraw at any time, and the page comes down.
