Caspar Headlands State Natural Reserve is a small protected bluffland with views of the Pacific, Caspar Anchorage Cove, and Caspar Beach. Short uncrowded trails run along the bluffs. Harbor seals gather on a large flat rock, and migrating whales appear in season.
