Pomo Bluffs Park is 25 acres at Todds Point, southern edge of Noyo Bay. A level paved trail along the bluff gives views of the Pacific, the Noyo River mouth, and the harbor entrance. Panels cover the area's natural history and the ancestral Pomo people; native plants like Coast eriogonum, Pacific gum plant, and seaside daisy stabilize the soil.
