Sea Pal Cove is the fish-and-chips joint down in Noyo Harbor, run out of a little order window with picnic tables on the dock. Seals and otters swim under the pier while boats go by. Locals and visitors come for rock cod, chowder, the firepit, and 18 taps of local beer.
